A critical step to successful projects happens before your team sets foot on the jobsite: product delivery. If materials are late or an order is wrong, precious time is lost and can potentially set back the current project and even future projects.
From on-time guarantees and delivery notifications to the world-class ABC Supply truck fleet, our Delivery Promise gets you what you need, when you need it — for any project. Here’s how.
Efficient Delivery
Having roofing supplies delivered on-site is just half of the story. Knowing when your roofing supplies will be delivered is key when it comes to managing your projects, overall business and even client relationships. To help you stay on track, time-sensitive orders will arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled delivery time.
In case your delivery will arrive more than 30 minutes before or after the set time, you will be notified immediately so you can adjust your schedule as needed, as soon as possible.
Complete Orders
Receiving orders that don’t include all the materials you ordered — or, even worse, not what you ordered — is a large pain point for projects. Knowing how important a full, accurate order is, we always double-check each delivery load before it leaves our yard to make sure your orders ship complete.
In the unlikely event your order can’t be shipped complete, you will receive a call from your ABC Supply branch to let you know.
Order Management
When you’re constantly moving from one job to the next, it can be difficult to keep track of your order and delivery details. Using myABCsupply, you can access all of this information in one place – making it easy for you to view and double-check orders before they’re delivered and see that status of your deliveries in a calendar view. Delivery photos also give you assurance that your materials made it to the jobsite, complete and on time.
No Brand Substitutions
We understand that certain products serve certain projects better than others. If you request specific brands for an order, we’ll make every effort possible to fill those orders with those desired brands.
If the brands you requested aren’t in stock at that time, you may receive suggestions on comparable products, depending on project scope and timing. However, rest assured that we’ll never make a brand substitution without your permission.

Our fleet ensures you can get any type of product on any jobsite – big or small, commercial or residential.
- BOOM: Perfect for delivering products to elevated spaces and surfaces.
- BED: Flatbed trucks can be used to deliver all products and materials. Often in highest demand, these are the go-to option for ground deliveries.
- BOX: Box trucks are largely used for products and materials that need more protection support during delivery, such as siding and windows. These trucks are great for both ground and dock deliveries.

Return Policy
