As senior vice president of associate services and human resources, Lisa Indgjer oversees and directs the breadth and depth of services provided to ABC Supply’s associates through the benefits, payroll, office services and human resources departments’ staff members.
Lisa began her career with ABC Supply in 1988 as a personnel administrator and has held progressively responsible positions ever since. By 1995, her role had evolved into that of director of human resources and from there to also overseeing ABC Supply’s benefits and payroll areas. She was promoted to her current role in July 2010.
Lisa received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification in 1993. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork.
