Tom Kuchan

Northeast Region Vice President

As Northeast Region Vice President, Tom Kuchan is responsible for the strategic direction and visionary growth for ABC Supply locations in the company’s Northeast Region.

Tom joined ABC Supply in 1995 with more than a decade of experience in building materials sales and sales management in his home state of Wisconsin. His first assignment for ABC Supply was in acquisitions, but soon after he was named manager of the company’s West Allis, Wis. branch. In 1996, during Tom’s first year at the West Allis, the branch tripled its sales and set a company record for single-year, non-storm-related sales increases. Next he moved on to manage the company’s Chicago District. In 2000 Tom was named vice president for the Northeast Region. In less than 10 years’ time, he nearly doubled the number of company stores in the region – from 36 to 70. Under his leadership the Northeast Region Team was twice named Region Team of the Year.

Tom is a member of the ABC Supply President’s Club and the Grace Building Products Distributor Advisory Council and has participated in the Gallup Great Manager Program. He has a bachelor’s of business administration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also studied organizational behavior and development in the master’s of business administration program at Marquette University, Milwaukee.
