We know our customers work hard throughout the year, so we look for ways to show our appreciation for them while building relationships in and out of the workplace. From crawfish dinners to ballpark events to Founders’ Celebrations, our branches each have unique ways that they have fun with customers and suppliers. We also have a lot of fun over the course of the Verizon IndyCar Series season, providing race experiences to our customers, associates and their families throughout the country.- A group of associates from the Tulsa, Oklahoma, branch participate in the Tulsa Great Raft Race to build camaraderie within their team. Instead of going the traditional route with a canoe or kayak, the team builds and enters a homebuilt raft. Using roofing materials, the associates spend approximately one month working together after hours to create the raft for an 8-mile float down the Arkansas River.
- Each year, we recognize over 100 associates for their dedication and hard work by treating them to a VIP experience at the Brickyard 400 in Indianapolis, one of the premier NASCAR races of the season. The associates enjoy a weekend watching the races from the ABC Supply suite, touring the pits and meeting special guests, including ABC Supply’s Indy car drivers. The event is always a lot of fun for associates and gives us a chance to celebrate their unwavering dedication to their teams and contractors.
